Returns and refunds

Return eligibility depends on the seller policy, product type, and order status. When a seller has provided a return window, Malvy shows it on the product page before checkout.

Eligible returns are sent back by post. The seller pays the return postage, so there is no return-postage charge to the buyer. Use your account order page or contact Malvy support to start a return and receive the postage instructions.
